Polenta Crusted Halloumi Chips – drizzled in honey
Beef Ragu Croquettes – Napolitana sauce truffled aioli parmesan cheese
Sticky Asian Pork Riblets – caramel sticky sauce, fried onion, coriander and chili
Roast Pumpkin Risotto – Pepitas parmesan crisp and chives
250g Southern Prime Striploin – served with a mixed leaf and red wine jus
Crispy Fried Corn Riblets – with smoked paprika and black sea salt.
Fries – served with aioli
